I have read, understand, and agree to the following terms & conditions, and I furthermore authorize Faces of South Tampa to process my payment as indicated. Promotions end 12/31/23 (unless otherwise stated herein.) Special offers or promotions may require membership in a manufacturer-sponsored rewards program, and/or may require a manufacturer rebate, already included in the special pricing. Offer valid while promotional products or rebates last. Limit one rebate per offer per person. All sales are final and non-refundable. Store credit will be provided for any unopened/unused product that is returned within 30 days of purchase. Credit may be used towards the purchase of another product or service and expires one (1) year from date of issue. All “Banked” Services are valid for use starting 11/20/23 and must be used by 12/31/26. Banked services or packages are for use solely by the purchaser or gift recipient, and may not be otherwise shared, transferred, assigned, or sold. Any substitutions or changes to banked services or packages after purchase will be at the sole discretion of management. Regular prices contained herein are effective as of 11/20/23, and stated savings are based on this pricing. Specials are subject to change or end without notice.
